  • As mentioned we provide three training sessions before a campaign kicks off. The topics are: The Handover Process, The Discovery Process and The Follow Up Process.  Our goal is for you to close as much as possible so we can scream about it from the roof tops 😉

  • Over 95%. If a prospect reschedules but we manage to recover the no show and they attend, this is counted towards the percentage. We only consider a prospect lost if we don't hear back 4 weeks after the scheduled appointment. 

  • Automation was banned because it is abused by "salespeople" across the globe and the reason for most of the spam in mine and your inboxes. Not to say it isn't effective when used properly but we prefer a much more personable approach. Find out what everyones up too and do the opposite right?

  • Qualified has a slightly different meaning depending on who you ask.
    For us it's quite a simple:

    2. Fits your ICP

    3. Has a problem you have the solution for.
